Valhallaidk man clicking a couple buttons on a web page to run a simulation seems pretty fucking boring to me. It's very much approaching non game status, and SRC has rejected actual "gamey" games before.

Find the emulator that works the best on Android, pick the game you want to speedrun, try to beat it as fast as possible.

Not even that man. As long as runs are being verified there isn't an issue. Your run doesn't need to be verified same day.
Well to keep my sanity intact I would just play the PC version at that point.

Last I checked emulation uses illegally obtained games!
That doesn't make sense. If there is a speed community around a game that you don't like, then just don't be apart of it and play the game anyways
