FFVII is one of the most remade games, ever. The boards are already pretty clogged with categories as it is and, unless there is a popular want for a category there is no reason to add another one.
Lets take a look at the PS4 version, there is currently Any% and Any% No Slots. Any% is obviously the most popular with 9 runs on it, whilst No Slots has 3 runs. Your new run has even more restrictions on it, so what makes you think that anyone is going to want to run it over either of the other ones? For a popular game like this, there is no reason to have a category for a single run.
What I'm saying is, if the category gets more popular then I'm sure they'll consider adding it, however, there is no reason to add one for a single person.
Can a game be a part of 2 series at once? If not, then should it really go to the IJ series and not the Lego series?
