I found a skip tonight while practicing for a marathon run! Sadly I was not recording at the time, but I do have a recording of the aftermath. It doesn't appear to be useful at the moment, because you are unable to interact with the file cabinet you need to open for a cell key in chapter 22. Reloading the save file from the menu and reloading the save file after closing and opening the game both result in a crash. If anyone wants to take a look feel free!

Setup: Have Emily stand infront of the vines during the Thomas fight. Wait for Thomas to send a hook your way and press the WRONG button. This should (?) knock you back behind the vines, and then you can run to the top of the stairs, triggering the end of the chapter. From now on you will be Emily. Emily does York's animations and has his inventory, and can interact with the same doors and items that he can. ...Except with the cabinet you need to open to progress.
