For speedrunners, please be extremely cautious when submitting records and make sure your submitted results time matches the one in your video evidences.

Dear to all Moderators,

Please verify runs when you have watched the whole video and please time it whether the result matches with the one in the video. You can edit their time to match with the video if you think the result sent by the runners are incorrect.

You can also reject runs if the video evidences is unclear or etc.

I agreed with @thatgrapeisaspy because the speedrunners didn't know if you wanted video instead of pictures... Next time, please be more "SPECIFIC" with the rules.
