Hello, a few things to note is that the last part of the run is not included in the video. I recommend you watch the world record to see when timing for the category officially stops (basically it stops when the camera stops moving after the kitchen cut scene where skelly explains that you must go through the mansion a second time to progress), and the category's name has been changed to The Secret Message.
