Monster Hunter 4, 4U, X(/Gen) & XX all have ILs in the range of 2 seconds to 10 minutes. just depends on if he wants ILs or Full-Game. Full-Game is pretty much impossible to find with such a timelimit.

you can retime your run in post, if you know you have a good recording, you can simply use framcounting. depending on how high your framerate is, you can be pretty accurate with this method.

example: 30fps = accurate down to 33ms 60fps = accurate down to 16ms 144fps = accurate down to 7ms

can't do auto-starts when the timer is on another pc, for that you have to have the timer running on the same computer. if you're doing manual timing (a.k.a. hit split/start/stop manually) you can just use some input device to send those signals to the pc the timer is running on.

No, and Yes. while weapons are compared to each other by default, you can press "Filter" and then choose which weapon to view, so if you're the fastest person with that weapon, you can still have your bling.

If all necessary information is given, then an image is fine, 240p phone quality is also fine under that circumstance.

but as @Tron_Javolta and @MASH pointed out, the XBOne & PS4 are capable of recording 10 and 60 minutes respectively. which should be fine for ILs - for longer stuff you'd want to grab a capture card or stream the stuff directly to twitch using the streaming feature of these consoles.

You have to make sure to clear your broswer's cache so it updates correctly.

for the logo, use 720x128 or multiples of it.
