Hes the Billy Mitchell of GTA. You guys are soft. I am disappointed. I guess there are plenty other cheaters and modders who welcome Billy back.

Even glitchless could be sub 15 so we just need some more competition to build this.

I'd love to see some more runs. I intend to do a Monster Bash run as well and try to revive that.

And yes he uses a door glitch which can easily beat my time, he should submit it. But do we make different categories or just say anything goes any% for all

I'm using the CD-ROM version acquired off of Ebay. What version do you guys use and where can i acquire it?

So I just tried playing this the other night and was confused when on my 2nd and 3rd attempts the S-K-A-T-E collectables were in different locations. (I was trying different characters).

There were sometimes different goals entirely like "cannonball over the half pipe" on Foundry.

The create-a-skater option seems to yield a different path too..

Can anyone explain this? how do I run a consistent version?
