Ohio, USAif you use mods in the run it will not be verified, but if you use mods in practice and disable it for the run you will be fine.
first ILs aren't on the leaderboards or at least I've not seen them.
There's a Darker Side category in the main boards, but you start from a new game. I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before, but it might make for a good category. Although, if this became a category people may want to add Dark Side too. You may want to submit this using the "New Category Requests" forum that is pinned.

The current All Moons NPG category does have Revisits, as far as I'm aware. I think an All Moons NPG No Revisits category would be shorter, competitive, and a lot more fun. If anyone has any additions or flaws involved, let me know!

This might be stupid but I was thinking about how Nut Jumping is only possible on 1.0 and 1.1, and I saw a rock nearby. I started wondering, would it be possible to Rock Jump as well? The rock breaks as soon as it gets wet, but could you do it dry? It would be much more precise than Nut Jumping, as the hitbox is smaller on rocks, but would it be possible? Hello Monopoly Go community! I was thinking about adding level runs and categories to the leaderboards, but there are 150 cities, and it would be a lot to add them all. So I was wondering: are there any levels/cities specifically that you would like on the leaderboards? Or should the individual level leaderboards get scrapped?
