Witwix emotes are redrawn version of Blastoise so it's not as much under copyrights.

If someone can draw GTA characters sure, but I doubt any one here is talented enough and that they would be recognisable at 28x28

The point of a speedrun is not that it can be done, but the different routes, strats, execution and stuff

you still need to uncensor the game with the japanese version you don't actually need to reinstall the game, just make sure you switch settings before starting the game ( one of the setting requires a reboot, I would advice not to change it back to French)

For All Missions, instead of parking the bike away, trigger the cutscene then pick it up again. Park on the Kruger and do F3 F1 if it doesn't work spam F1 until it's done but you'll won't gain control of tommy but should still be faster than parking away the bike and trigger the cutscene on foot

also you shouldn't just run LS but other cities as well, get good overall and maybe one day you'll have 5h free to do a full run

to achieve All Gang Territories you'll need to do the Gang Territories glitch to unlock them all then spend dozens of hours to capture them (and for some of them you'll need to work hard to get enemy gang members to spawn to start the war)
