Is RTC Classic the RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe on Steam?

Can we have a new category for runs? I was thinking of a run where the objective is to knock on the door the fastest. Prompting, "I need something." It would be an Any% but only for knocking on the door. You don't need the key.

It would be named "Knock Knock", "I need something", "The confused child", etc.
