just two changes i noticed sped up my run slightly:

1. after the three buttons on the ninja warrioor esque jumps the last panel triggers a rising block to the right, i usually see people hit the water and get slowed. i found jumping off the side of the rising block cuts ~.5s off that part and doesnt have me hit the water. the 2nd bit is juut after this, after the 2nd button you trigger platforms to rise on the left. is it faster to jump off the corner of the one most commonly jumped off the side of? : just a quick clip of those two bits to add context.
