Hello! I have modded JC3 for 3+ years and I am looking to get into speedrunning, but I think I have an idea for the community!

I've watched a few runs and see that 100% of the time, the cutscenes are skipped, well in theory, I could make a mod that skips all the cutscenes immediately, you would go straight to loading in.

Now I understand if this would be too "against the rules" (I've had experience hanging around the GTA Speedrunning community) so if you all would not like to see this, I totally understand! Just offering my Services!
