Sorry, pausing your runs is not aloud. It has to be done in one take. The reason for this is because a run could very easily be spliced and cheated on for a good run. Whether or not you specifically, cheat or not, is besides the point. We can’t allow it for anyone if we want to keep the runs fair. 😌
Splutoon, if you read the rules to these categories, you will see that they say that friendly matches are not aloud. Bots are easier to kill than real online players. 😌
If your talking about the Kill% and Showdown% being split up into sub categories, its because i saw a submitted run and immediately realized that people at lower trophy levels had a much greater chance of getting a Kill earlier or finishing a game faster due to inexperienced gameplay. This way, with more sub categories, it requires you to have different amounts of experience so the leaderboards arent dominated by people who just started a new account and got a kill because everyone else in inexperienced. It separates the competition to make so the higher level players have a chance if they dont want to start a new account. Plus low level gameplay gets boring after a while lol
I will be asking @StarMaster__ ‘s opinion on the changing of those categories, so until the change is agreed upon, the runs will stay. Thanks 😌

Brawl Stars hasnt been on speedrun.com for very long, so we are still developing the categories for it. If you’d like to leave suggestions for categories you would like to see in the future, go ahead and do so and we will take them into consideration. Thanks 😌

I use nunchuck cause i dont like to have to have two hands on the same controller for motion controls. And plus ive always used it, so im used to it
on 1-1 the loading time was about 2 seconds, and my loading screen for 1-1 was about 3.2 seconds. The video doesnt seem to be sped up, because there is a slowly moving scene at the top during the loading screen that you can go by (when i say loading screens, im talking about when it shows marios lives before the level starts)
Video proof sounds great for top 5. People be hatin on multiplayer any%. So many more possibilities to uncover with multiplayer.
Brandonjja and Carter44 had a multiplayer run verified and got second place. Not sure if there is a different country’s version of NSMBWII that has faster loading zones, but this run definitely has does have faster loading zones than I do. Can anyone tell me if the run is actually legit or not?
