I was looking to see runs, and i stumbled upon the 5th place re2 runner and his run is unavailable? I am unable to view his run? is this just me, a glitch?

So I submitted one run for Leon A Console. that should be 6 days ago. Yesterday though on the 2-22-2019, I submitted the same run again, hoping the mods would see it faster?. In fact they did and it got rejected for being same submission as the one I first submitted. However, the first one is still pending...

Some things I'll add, submitting duplicate runs only slows things down. The reason your resubmitted run was rejected quickly and your other run is still in queue is that when you submitted your run again it was placed in the exact same spot in queue, which made it easy to see a duplicate. Your run is fairly close to being looked at, based on it's location in queue. As I said in the other post, we ask for patience while we get this mass of submissions taken care of as quickly as we can. We promise that all runs will be gotten to as fast as we are able to do so.
