When I play on switch the second warp zone isn't there. Is anyone else having this problom?

I use joy-cons right now and they work just fine, but I've heard great things about the pro controller and I might switch to that. Which one would inprove my gameplay?

I can't decide between Any%, World Peace and Nipple% Any suggestions?
