Reason: There would be no interest in this category tbh. Please just DM me for suggesting categories." Who should I write to privately?

Who should I ask to upload a Speedrun created by me? I called it Manhattan Speedrun! consists of crossing the city from the southernmost point to the northernmost point.
I completed it by filming myself in 3:42 minutes!
Can anyone tell me who I need to ask to publish it?

Someone can tell me if exist the "Penguin Speedrun"? (sorry for the bad english, but i'm an Italian boy)
