I believe it's also faster to jump kick instead of just jumping but yeah Congratulations! :) I don't know how long it'll take for you to get consistent at it, but good luck! :)

I haven't played this game in a while but here's what i recommend... (I think you should only do it if you have sub 55 on 70 star) You want C left and point the camera towards the wall and then hold up and the joystick and do your first jump. Immediately after you land go in to an up right position on your joystick and finish off the triple jump... i haven't got my n64 hooked up, so I can't actually show you how to do it but it is a hard trick and took me a few weeks to perfect it

I usually see people who are good with Keyboards are people who are usually pc gamers. I guess it's natural for them to use the keyboard even when using emulator. But in my opinion (if you are using emu for your speedrunning) you should get a PS4/ PS3 controller or an Xbox controller. There are many different third party N64 controllers that use USB which are made for EMU but I don't know how good they are since I haven't seen many people using them.

Well i am not much help because if this is on emu I haven't a clue

I don't know if you have an answer yet but if you are running 70 star get NTSC U. DO NOT GET PAL. PAL runs at around 25 FPS while NTSC consoles run at 30. Also, for 70 star you should get NTSC U but it only saves around a second. Jap saves a few seconds on other categories so yeah. If it's just for 70 get ntsc u. Also yes you can record with an elgato but I think the process is a bit more confusing than things like GV USB 2 and easycap: If a gv usb 2 is out of your price range just get something like an easycap which is like 10 dollars. And for the last question, you should get an NTSC J console. They are cheaper I believe but it involves some 'modifications' to be able to play NTSC U games but it is pretty easy

@TicTacBean Yea TTC wall kicks were always one of my least favourite tricks to do. Then I practiced 5 hours each day for a week just to get them consistently. xd

I would say things like LBLJ, SBLJ, Pillarless, lakitu bounce and maybe carpetless. Even though carpetless is near to impossible I guess it could still be considered a hard trick lel. But the other four are really only hard because if you mess up you lose a lot of time.I haven't ran this game in a while so these are the ones that I had trouble with when I played this a lot

I was just wondering if Powerup incrementation works on PAL SNES systems. I have done many attempts but everyone of them ends up with my game crashing or nothing even happening. Thanks

So just to make sure. The equalizer would work on a NTSC J console with Japanese games? And do they also have the same codes as GS. Because if not might as well go with GS I guess

Northern IrelandBusbyy7 years ago

Okay. Thanks

Northern IrelandBusbyy7 years ago

I have NTSC J N64 so would it work on that? Also do they have the same codes as gs

Can all 3.x versions support the timer/ level reset code?

Northern IrelandBusbyy7 years ago

I was gonna get a gameshark soon and I was wondering if there was any versions that don't support certain codes. I was looking it for level reset and timer codes. So yeah.. lel.

Try downloading some other programs. There's some like XSplit and all. If they don't work it's probably due to your PC's Specs
