There's a timing app on the Google Play store called "FramePerfect".

It functions just like Livesplit but has some added features.

While sub one hour is possible, we won’t see it for a while.

There's a GIO Category Extensions board with an "Any%" category.

I may do a No Skips run just for the meme.
