I would like to request Doomspire Brickbattle for a game but how do I do it? The main category would just be to win solo as fast as possible.
There is a way of saving another framerule in 8-2 by doing a perfect fast accel, a stupidly fast plant jump, getting the FASTEST possible bullet shot, then jumping on the bullet as early as possible and hopefully saving the framerule.
I thought that at first but it still looks a pixel short to me
Then it looks like you are short a pixel from being able to walljump. That is what it seems like at least
I'm pretty sure you have to bounce off the goomba as it falls
Not so useful for this game but you can use it to get the good judges framerule in All Night Nippon
Maybe my pc is really good then I guess lol.
The thing he did at the flagpole is possible in ntsc. But not the weird block clip he did.
That actually isn't using a game genie code lol. That video is legit.
He probably means that you can use left plus right to get a faster turnaround and save the framerule. I've seen few people do this in tases because it's easier to clip. And by saying that not too many people know about it is because no one thinks to try it because they automatically assume it would be too slow, maybe because they don't know that you can do a faster turnaround with left plus right. Even if runners could use left plus right it would still be easier to clip since you have to do even harder inputs to get the optimal turnaround.
FCEUX is the best in my opinion, especially if the quality of your videos aren't the best since there are lua scripts and a framecount to avoid an inaccurate retime. And the input lag isn't bad at all when I play. If there are no frame drops or lag in your videos then this shouldn't be an issue, so you can use nestopia. I don't know why FCEUX has horrible input lag for most people, but if it does for you then use nestopia.
The point of that post was to say that they should add mods over verifers. I forgot to say that but that is what I meant.
It would be cool if the mods added verifiers to help with the queue but there is one annoying thing about verifiers, they can't edit runs. I've had experiences in being a verifier and reviewing a run that had a time that was off. I find it really annoying that verifiers can't at least edit times since that is really important, especially in some cases where the run is optimized and the time needs to be accurate. In the cases where the run isn't optimized and the runner at least submitted a run with the accurate time in minutes and seconds then verifiers would help but if the run is optimized and their retime isn't accurate then you can't really do much other then message a mod or reject the run and tell them to resubmit the same run with the accurate time. If they made it so that verifiers could at least edit runs then they would be a lot more useful. This probably doesn't matter since I don't see the mods adding verifiers anyway but the point is that it won't really help as much as it could if they could edit runs.
