Glitchless, No S+Q

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can I trigger the Twins conversation in the showers, climb out the window, dodge the hit and run on? Or do I MUST travel between the two windows anyway?

I just haven't checked myself, but I looked at the other guys, they don't have it unlocked
