A modded SNES classic uses RetroArch with Gambatte for emulation, but I can't seem to get the Nidoran manip to work. I am very new at this so I have no way of knowing if it's my imprecise button presses or if it's impossible to manip. RNG on this particular emulator. I have been successful on a PC emulator, so I know I can at least perform it with low to moderate success.

I know the SNES classic is not ideal at all for a speedrun. I'm just using it for practice if it can work.
