Thank you for that explenation, I belived that powerups were unusable during no powerup il runs.

I mostly do no powerup runs and wondered if it was possible to use the blue potion in a no powerup run as it does not 'power up' your character forever but instead as a temporary boost. I belive that the blue potion should be usable in no powerup runs but what is it?
