It's possible to have sub 4:05 delivering the final blow to the opponent in stage 7 (4:10/11 in this pb) and Motaro can also go a lot better. Kahn however was pretty good here while attempting this riskier strat. It can give you a timer as high as 88 if rng is perfect, but the flip side is a poor round/death if Kahn decides to use the hammer while you're attempting to sweep, or you just fail to execute the combo properly + not keeping a watchful eye on how you and Kahn's health are interplaying. The longer you persist trying to combo Kahn in this fashion the riskier the fight is so the fail-safe idea is to perform the combo+sweep at most 2 times and then swap strats for the safer crossover jump kick+sweep to finish him off. The averages are still superior to the exclusive crossover approach.
