to what degree are mods allowed in speedruns?
if the mods are purely cosmetic, such as reading out style bonuses and changing sound effects, are they allowed? If there was a rule page I missed that explained this, I'm sorry.
According the the rules: "Modifications or additions to the game's files are prohibited. This includes things like Reshade and texture mods."
