I propose the addition of chapter leaderboards for UC4 and UCLL. You can reset the IGT and start any chapter so if that is one of the rules then we don't have to deal with calculating the IGT. I think it could encourage finding new strats and bring some activity back to those games.

Hey Guv. We are trialling the chapter leaders for UC1/2/3 currently, which have been moved to their respective boards because level leaderboards got messy in here. Once they have been trialled then we'll decide if its worth adding them.
