　ティンクルスタースプライツの speedrun の戦略の中心になるのは、筆者が内部連爆ノルマと呼ぶ定数群である。内部連爆ノルマは各 CPU キャラと内部ランクの組ごとに6つずつ設定されており、ラウンド開始からの経過時間1024フレーム(約17秒)ごとに、参照される値が切り替わっていく。参照された内部連爆ノルマは、その時点で継続中の連爆数と比較され、特定の比較条件を満たすと CPU キャラの攻撃への警戒行動が変化する。
　内部連爆ノルマと連爆数との比較条件には、ノルマ超過条件とノルマ三倍達成条件の二種類が存在する。ノルマ超過条件は

	(連爆数) > (内部連爆ノルマ)

のように、等号を含まない式として表現され、この条件を満たした場合、連爆終了5秒後まで、または三倍達成条件を満たすまでの間、相手 CPU キャラが攻撃に対して警戒する範囲の縦横幅がそれぞれ半分になる。ノルマ三倍達成条件は

	(連爆数) ≧ 3*(内部連爆ノルマ)

(2023年1月12日追加: 2P側でゲームを開始すると、条件は内部連爆ノルマの2倍以上にまで緩和される。)

のように、等号を含む式として表現され、この条件を満たした場合、満たした瞬間から5秒後まで、相手 CPU キャラは攻撃に対する警戒行動を行わなくなる。 5秒後以降は、さらに5秒間、ノルマ超過条件を満たしたときと同様に、範囲の縦横幅がそれぞれ半減した状態になる。

Core Strategy: Internal Chain Explosion Quota

The central strategy of TSS speedrun is a set of constants that I call the internal chain explosion quota. There are six internal chain explosion quotas for each pair of a CPU character and internal rank, and the value that is referenced to changes every 1024 frames (approximately 17 seconds) from the start of the round. The referenced internal chain explosion quota is compared with the number of ongoing chain explosion counts at that point, and if certain comparison conditions are met, the CPU character's alert behavior toward the attack changes.
There are two types of comparison conditions between the internal chain explosion quota and the number of ongoing chain explosions: the condition of exceeding the quota and the condition of tripling the quota. The condition for exceeding the quota is

	(chain explosion count) > (internal chain explosion quota)

If this condition is satisfied, the width and height of the range that the opponent CPU character is alerted to the attack will be respectively halved until 5 seconds after the end of the bombing sequence or until the conditions for tripling are satisfied. The condition for tripling the quota is

	(chain explosion count) ≧ 3*(internal chain explosion quota)

Added on 2023-01-12: 
If you start the game as player 2, the condition is reduced to doubling the quota.

	(chain explosion count) ≧ 2*(internal chain explosion quota)

When this condition is satisfied, the opponent CPU character does not alert against attacks until 5 seconds after the moment when the condition is satisfied. After 5 seconds, the range length and width will be reduced by half for another 5 seconds, just as when the condition of exceeding the quota is satisfied.

In short, a lot of chain explosions will stop the enemy's dodging action.
