Hi, I'm new and am interested in speedrunning 12 ending no saves. Would these launch options and commands be allowed in this category:

Launch Options: -refresh 144 -full -console -nod39ex1 -high -nojoy

Commands: fps_max 0, fps_max_menu 0

None of them really affect gameplay so I don't see why not. But it's ultimately up to the mods to decide.

As long as none of the commands affect speed/ game play and are only visual changes you'll be good
