I can't seem to find this last collectible, can anyone please guide where it is?

It seems to be near the tree but can't find anything at that location.

looking at the picture, seems to be in the Portals area before upside down frog area. Did you go into any of the portals ( using a crab block ) to get some tokens? Or there's an area you can fall down to the right of the portals for 3 tokens. The best "visual advice" i can give, is goto the 99% Leaderboard, and check my recorded run. Skip to the 2 hour 5 minute mark of the video to see that section played out.

These 2 parts i mean. but if not either of those, then ya, check the video timestamp i mentioned for complete collection of that area.
