The route right now consists of this:

• Do the intro mission with Ferrari
• Get Lancia
• Drive to your first house (caravan)
• Teleport near C4 driving school and drive there
• Get C4 license
• Do C4 championship
• Teleport to Asian cars dealer with the help of challenge editor and buy the Subaru
• Teleport near U.S. tuner and take the wreck there
• Do 3 instant challenges
• Soon (maybe even before instant challenges) you will receive a call by Todd, accept it and drive or teleport to that event
• Take 2nd wreck close to the end of that event
• Do 6 "Golden bombs" events (teleport with the help of challenge editor if necessary) and take their wrecks
• Buy the "Fontanelles" house
• Buy 20 house furniture while you're in the house
• Buy 1 car from used cars dealer and then sell 1-2 cars, depending on how much money you need for the next step
• Buy 30 clothes
• Teleport near airport (with the help of challenge editor if necessary) and get into it (you can't select it from the map because the game still doesn't understand that you unlocked it for some reason)
