To fix changelevel trigger on the map "d2_prison_01" use "mp_antirush_disable 0".
If Alyx does not appear on the map "d2_prison_08" use "mp_antirush_disable 0" and restart the map by using "changelevel".
To fix the elevator on the map "d3_c17_08" use "mp_antirush_disable 0".
