from an old 100% time... i've known a faster route. i just didn't try since i was more used to running with late brinstar instead of early brinstar. i've also done done faster with the route i took in this video. i see more potential i myself for 100% than any% to be honest. i could also do any% faster if i tried to just go straight for the wreck ship for instance instead of fighting the crotch (crocomire...) and getting grapple, but i never cared to try that much... evident with the amount of attempts in these super metroid videos... plus theirs phantoon before kraid before going to norfair, but i'm bad at diagnol bomb jumping. even worse at that wall jump for some reason... i'm obviously capable of faster if i tried to do a route aiming to get supers as fast as possible instead of getting 100% of every item as fast as possible, but i thought i'd submit this anyways...
