No response after a month lol. But in my opinion probably because the game's purpose is to make everything chaotic i think yes but it would disadvantage older versions so as a separate category yes but if not no.

I know this thread's old but in my opinion,i think that if you enter upstairs' courses early in 16-31 stars,you should immediately exit the level.
