I think it was hard for the devs to decide how to nerf Joe's Y Fury without going too far. In the end, I think it's still too powerful, but making it effectively weaker would be hard - even if you lower the damage, it's still super practical. Peep that kill on the second Mac Dubois. Cool, right?
