For this category (I'm talking about All Endings) I recommend you finish the endings in any order expect ones where you do "The Agressive Way" first.

Why? Because when clicking the "Retry From Start" button, the "Bust In" option is closer to where the button is than the "Sneak In" option. Tbh, I'm not sure if that actually helps, but lets just say it does.

STARTING;IN BETWEEN ENDINGS;STOPPING: If you haven't read the rules already (chances are you already have), your run starts when you click the first option for the first ending you are doing. A.K.A. If your doing "The Aggressive Way" first, clicking the "Bust In" option starts your run. If your doing "The Epic Way" or "The Undetected Way" first, clicking the "Sneak In" option starts your run. In between endings, just go the bottom left corner (just above the stickpage.com link), and spam click. Once you click "Retry From Start", quickly go to "Bust In" or "Sneak In", obviously depending on the next ending you are doing. Stop the timer the moment the "You Won The _______ Way" message appears. Your run is over now.

THE EPIC WAY:
Sneak In: Just click it! (Click it fast if this is not the first ending you are doing) Pickake: Honestly, just spam click! Plane: When the Creeper explodes and we're inside the museum, put your mouse cursor on the plane before the screen scrolls so you know where to click when it scrolls back. If your going to time this one, click as soon as you here Dave say "I" (In his line "I just wanted to have a conversation") after being told to "pLeAsE, sHuT uP". If your gonna spam click just spam. Quick Arrow: You need to memorise the position of the arrow because the game forces you to press it fast or else the arrow will dissapear and play an animation of the (depressed) guard looking around. I memorised the position due to a crack on the ground right outside the door to the retro room. Here's an image highlighting the crack: So just put your cursor on the middle point of the crack and then, I recommend spam clicking again! Super Mushroom: And YOU gotta spam click! If you need instructions on how to spam click, check out the enclosed instruction book. (If you don't get this reference you don't know memes!) Setting Sign Robot Thing: After a long cutscene just go near the bottom-center of the screen and guess what...

spam click... and then just do what you need to do in between endings and move on to the next ending (or stop the run if it's the last ending)!

THE UNDETECTED WAY: Sneak In: Again, just click it! (Again, click it fast if this is not the first ending you are doing) Teleporter: Again, just spam click! Penny: Nothing special just spam click yet again! Wire: Spam Click. Hammer: Spam Click! Plank: SPAM CLICK!!! Diamond: I am once again asking you to spam click (You don't know the meme reference = your not memer)!!! Again, just do what you need to do in between endings and move on to the next ending (or stop the run if it's the last ending)!

THE AGGRESSIVE WAY: Bust In: Yet again, just click it!!! (Yet again, click it fast if this is not the first ending you are doing) Ram: This is the only time in the Henry Stickmin series where there is an option where you need to use the the keyboard to choose an option! But, just so you know, all you have to do is hold the R key! Shield: During The cutscene of the guard reporting the break in, put your mouse cursor on the right of his shoes and thats where the "Shield" option will pop up or after that cutscene immediately place your mouse cursor on the left of the front wheel of Henry's scooter. Tow Cable: I don't know how to explain for some reason, so try to memorise the position yourself! OK? Rock: When Henry is escaping, right before the police car appears, change your mouse's horizontal position to the horizontal position of the diamond. Keep the vertical position in the center though. Spam click or time it like always. Bubble: Right after the helicopter sniper guy appears and changes the camera back to Henry, go a little far to the left of his head. Diamond (Fall Off Bridge): Quickly place your cursor on the diamond and either a. Spam click yet again! or b. Click as soon as the officer starts saying "hands".

Here's my run, which is the WR (as of posting this guide): It might help you understand what I'm trying to say a bit more and it's an example of the guide being done in an actual run I guess...
