Does anyone know how much of the Satan meter gets filled after completing a mission?

How much ever XP you get, from what I can tell the satan meter requires you to hit level 15 to get the final mission to appear. The meter is directly tied into XP gain so the faster you can get XP the faster you can complete the game.
