In order to spawn a helicopter you will need to first clear the helipad by hitting the Reset Helicopters button in front of the helipad until the Heli blows up. You may have to do this a few times if they Heli respawns too quickly.

1. Stand at the far end of the helipad and look towards the first ring.
2. Press the grave ` / tilde ~ key to open the console
3. Type the command for the desired helicopter. For example the UH-1Y is AdminCreateVehicle /Game/Vehicles/UH1Y/BP_UH1Y.BP_UH1Y_C
