Why is No Starworld Co-op not in the category?

Co-op categories tend to only be interesting if the route would split up for each player, like in 96 exit. In no starworld, the two players would just follow each other through the standard route and wouldn't be very different to a normal no starworld run

In general, runs come before the leaderboard. If enough people do runs of it, then a leaderboard can be added. There's no rule against running a category that doesn't have a leaderboard :p
