I've seen adding other people's times to the leaderboard without their permission lead to some bad things in other communities. We take the stance of "if someone wants their times on the leaderboard, they can submit them to us."
Eddie, what I would do is maybe ask him if he wants them, or is okay with them on the leaderboard, then you can submit them normally, and just leave in the description that they are this person's runs.
