I just want this category extension for players like me who suck to much to do the LBLJ but still want to compete for 31 star runs.

I felt the same way for a while, but after thinking about it, you don't save much time doing lblj in 31 star. I believe it should be the same as 120 star which lblj only saves 10 seconds. If you're that close to a competitive time, you should be good enough to learn lblj too.
