Hello everyone!

I would like to announce some new leaderboard changes to better suit the updated moderation mechanics on the site:

1. NTSC and PAL variable options. Run submissions may now toggle game version.
2. Difficulty Variable. The AA and BB difficulty categories have now been merged into variables, cleaning up the leaderboard.
3. Modern Rules. Rules have been re-written to contain more specific information regarding emulation. Displaying difficulty at the end of a session is more lenient towards lower placement times.
4. New discord. The discord linked to the game now contains the current active Atari speedrunning discord server.
5. Submissions fixes. Various fixes regarding mistimed runs and false placements.

Hope everyone welcomes the changes, and leave some suggestions in the forum if you would like to see more done to the board.
