Any known way to get 1.2.2 set up on osx? I'd appreciate it!

I don't know the way to actually go about setting it up on osx but you'd need wine, https://www.winehq.org/ , or something like it to be able to run it. You should be able to find a tutorial if you do some searching. If you actually need 1.2.2 then check the Resources page.
