Doesn't matter what you have your wingmen do.  Recorded in one take, so it's not perfect, but it illustrates the setup, how it works, room for error, visual cues, and proves the consistency.  And in terms of consistency, the three attempts are all within half a second, and less than a second slower than the very haphazard IL record.

Endor Quick Kills

Right first is faster, as long as you don't go so far to the right that it resets your spawn location to be in front of the right Star Destroyer after your first death.  Keep a tight line and it's a free time save.
