Quick question, what is cs and ncs

cs means Cutscene skip, meaning those runs use the cutscene skip button to well skip cutscenes

ncs mens no cutscene skip, those runs came before the cutscene skip update and are obsoleted (mostly)

in shot terms, just submit your runs to cs because you most likely use cs
