Okay so I beat my time in Runaway (Level) and only realized after, I was using the wrong OBS profile that doesn't capture 3rd party overlays (Steam FPS counter) Is there any solution at all for this or is that a RIP Run?

RIP run. Without it there's simply no way for the mods to verify you're not running uncapped.

It’s in the rules for that category that the framerate needs to be displayed, same as the main game, as a way of verifying framerate. So, unfortunately it would be rejected.
