You can do some skip that is easy like the glitch that is nere where you got the red hand when you dubble click to make you shoot fast that is ok but red hand skip or blue hand skip is the big nonos any other skip is ok I think
We've had this brought up a couple times and there are 2 main issues with a skipless category:

The category wouldn't really be interesting. The skips/glitches are probably the most skilled part of the run so having a category without them would be rather boring and uncompetitive.

We would probably have to move runs that are currently in NMG to a skipless category to stay consistent with our rules. It would not really be worth it to go through the 1000+ runs in NMG to see whether or not they would qualify for a skipless category.
