Softlock% Glitchless Timing Inputs Clarification

For Softlock% Glitchles ILs the last input counts towards the timing, this is stated in the rules. I do however need clarification if this last input counts towards your (the players) last input or also counts forced inputs by the game itself.

For example, in Chamber 19 when you get to the tube it forces you into a crouched position, even without giving any inputs, but it will still display that the input happens in console (while I have my hands far away from the keyboard), refer to the 1st image linked below.

I tried to circumvent this with 'toggle_duck', but as shown in the 2nd picture linked below, that also didn't work and still forced inputs.

Then I noticed that all inputs provided by the user (me) have a specified number behind the action (e.g '+duck 83' or '-forward 33'), however once the game forces an input—not counting the 'toggle_duck' action—the action isn't followed by a number. We could possibly (if it is decided that the player's last input counts) deduce what inputs are made by the player and which are forced by the game. (refer to 3rd image to see what I mean with the numbers following actions I mentioned above)
