Hello, I'm new to portal speedrunning and at the moment I'm trying to improve my time on the glitchless category.
I made a run with obs turned off but I recorded the demos: how can I watch the demos and record them with obs? Will LiveSplit work as if I'm actually playing?

Hello! Livesplit wouldnt work in this case, but that's ok, you can submit a run using the time from the demos. If you want to watch the run back, there is a tool in the resources section called the Startdemos Creator (as far as i'm aware it does not work for the steam version of the game if you happen to be using that). Follow the ReadMe file included in that tool and you should be able to play back the demos in one go and record it as well.
It was recently discovered that it is possible to set your mouse sensitivity to a value so high that the game considers it infinite, leading to several new glitchy techniques being discovered.
The rules have now been amended to ban these new techniques in both Inbounds No SLA Legacy and Glitchless.
