When it comes to recording the screen on PC, Platypus likes to make things difficult, and this is especially true for LiveSplit. So much so, that I would not recommend using LiveSplit while playing the game, but instead recording the gameplay on its own, then recording the video of the gameplay alongside the timer which you THEN update as you watch back your gameplay.

It's a bit of a hassle, to be sure, but trying to do it live is WAY worse, at least from my experience. Plus, you get a solid idea of where you can improve your time as you're timing!

With that being said, a method to record both LiveSplit and Platypus at the same time would be greatly appreciated!
