I am not sure but I think there are runs without any videos because of the old rules.

So the rules used to accept runs over 1:30:xx (I am not sure about the exact number) without video so the last 3 runs were valid before the rule change. For the second place run, he used to be the mod and always self verified his own runs without video evidence. Eventually he left but his run is still there.

Now you must submit a run with video no matter how long it is. Hope this helps.
