Save & reset Bibarel to Chansey manipulation (i.e. Backup Lucky Egg manip) - DS only

This manip is only to be used if you're running on DS. 3DS would require different clusters.
Always teach Grass Knot to Monferno, Thief to Bibarel and switch Bibarel to the first slot before encountering Chansey.

As you may know, a former moderator of this board has been removed from the PSR community for cheating. As a result, his runs were removed, and he was relieved of leaderboard moderator privileges. He was a moderator for DP's main boards and category extensions.
